Product Introduction:

The MC-II pulse bag filter is an improved high-efficiency dust collector based on the I-type pulse bag filter, with a dust removal efficiency of up to 99-99.5%. It purifies the air containing dust to meet the requirements of dust recovery and modern environmental protection. It is suitable for purifying air containing small and dry non fibrous dust and is widely used in ventilation dust removal and dust recovery in industries such as grain, feed, building materials, chemical metallurgy, and medicine.

working principle:

The dusty gas enters the middle and lower boxes through the air inlet, and during the process of entering the upper box through the filter bag, the dust and gas are separated due to various effects of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box and is discharged from the air outlet. As time goes on, the amount of dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag also increases, which increases the resistance of the dust collector. In order to control the resistance within a limited range (generally 1176-1470 Pa) and ensure the required amount of gas passes through, the control instrument sends instructions to open each pulse valve in sequence, so that the compressed air in the gas bag is sprayed from each hole of the spray pipe to the corresponding filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant. Due to the reverse effect of the airflow, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is cleared, and the filter bag is regenerated. The cleared dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the machine through the ash discharge valve. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse blown to remove it, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the operation of the dust collector system.
